Martha Ramirez is a Medical Assistant in our back office here at Heart and Rhythm Solutions in our Chandler facility and has also worked for Gilbert Public Schools for over seven years. Martha graduated from Arizona College in 2014 and is currently advancing her career in the medical field by continuing her education with the goal of becoming a RN. Martha lives here with her husband and three children and enjoys making people smile.
Natasha C. Smith-Nelson is an Electrophysiology Tech., Certified Medical Assistant, and a Cardiovascular Tech. Natasha she graduated from Florida Technical College in Orlando, Florida, receiving her Associate of Science degree and graduating with a 4.0 and on the Dean’s List. She has been in the medical field since the age of 18 starting at Alachua County Hospital in Gainesville, Florida transporting patients in the radiology department. She has been in Cardiology/Electrophysiology since 2005. Natasha moved to Arizona from Florida in 2008 with her husband Scott and two children Kyle and Rebecka. She is a very proud wife, mother and healthcare provider.
Heather has over 7 years of cardiology Medical Assistant experience and has been a member of Heart & Rythm team since 2012. Heather came to Arizona from Southern California where her three sisters and one brother still live. Heathers true passion is taking the best care of patients and she doesn’t hesitate to go out of her way to help Heart & Cardiology patients whenever possible.
James is a Medical Assistant (MA) who has always had a passion for helping people. James started in customer service and expanded his ability to help by becoming a certified pharmacy technician. He worked in field for several years before returning to school to become an EMT. However, when he was unable to find steady work and he went back to school to become an MA. In additiona to helping people James also enjoy movies, books, rad trips, camping and hiking – to name a few. James is always seeking opportunities to learn and expand his knowledge and experience in order to be a valuable member of any health care team.
